Our only aim in creating Retrocade is to make sure you have fun, but with the internet being what it is, there are also some standard terms and conditions that we specify in order to protect both you, the user, and us, the site staff. By using Retrocade you implicity agree with both these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Retrocade is a completely free site.
We believe that the good things in life should be free; you will never have to pay in order to access Retrocade. While we do offer a Premium membership at a very reasonable price, all of our premium content can be unlocked with our virtual currency earned through day-to-day enjoyment of everything we offer.

Retrocade users should follow standard internet etiquette.
In other words, do not post about or link to objectionable material such as porn, warez, animal cruelty, racism or religious extremism. While we try not exercise a tyranical dictatorship, please understand that ultimately it is the Retrocade staff who decides what is "objectionable" and what is not, and we reserve the right to remove any such content without prior notice.

If something goes wrong...
Retrocade cannot be held liable for any damage to the hardware or software of your PC caused directly or indirectly through the use of this site. In addition, while every effort is made to ensure that data transferred between you and the Retrocade server is kept private, we cannot and will not guarantee the security of such data.

If your account goes bad...
Retrocade reserves the right to make whatever changes to your user account are deemed necessary in order to comply with forum rules and our Privacy Policy. Any changes to user accounts, such as reinstatement of banned accounts or individual priveleges therein, is done solely at the discretion of the site administrators.

If it's not your fault...
If something bad happens to your account and the Retrocade staff feel it wasn't your fault, we'll do whatever we can - within reason - to make things better again.

Do not misuse the site.
Don't try to circumvent any of the security measures in Retrocade or its games. Hackers and cheaters should expect no mercy and will be punished with the full force of our banhammers.

We do not filter external links.
Although our team of moderators keep a close eye out for links to external pages that breach our site rules, it is not always possible for us to catch every bad link. Please use caution when clicking on links pointing to any external location - you can identify such links by their distinctive orange style.
